Procedure

    1. SUBTASK 71-71-48-780-051 Prepare the Tubes (01-100, 01-500, 02-100 and 02-500, 03-100, 03-400 and 03-700) for the Pneumatic Pressure Test

    2. Install the blanking cap to one end of the tube.

    1. SUBTASK 71-71-48-780-052 Do the Pneumatic Pressure Test on the Tubes (01-100, 01-500, 02-100, 02- 500, 03-100, 03-400 and 03-700)

    2. Connect the tube to the outlet of the Pneumatic pressure testing rig.

    3. Put a pressure of 14.5 psi (100 kPa) in the tube.

    4. Put the tube in the water tank.

    5. Let the pressure stay in the tube for 1 minute.

    6. Make sure that the tube has no leaks. If the tube has leaks, reject the tube. Refer to Inspection-000 TASK 71-71-48-200-100.

    7. Decrease the pressure in the tube to zero.

    8. Disconnect the tube from the outlet of the Pneumatic pressure testing rig.
