Procedure

    1. SUBTASK 72-00-50-350-057 Blend the Damaged Surface of the Manifold Brackets (01-430, 01-450 and 01-470)

    1. Refer to Figure.

      2. Dress to remove damage.

      1. Use portable grinding equipment.

      2. Dress until all damage is removed.

    2. SUBTASK 72-00-50-220-148 Examine the Manifold Brackets (01-430, 01-450 and 01-470)

    1. Refer to Figure.

      2. Examine the repaired area of manifold brackets.

      1. If the blended area exceeds the blend limit given in Figure, reject the manifold brackets.

      3. Visually examine the manifold brackets.

      1. Refer to TASK 72-00-50-200-000 (INSPECTION-000).

      2. Use 8X magnifying glass.
