Procedure

    1. SUBTASK 72-32-17-350-054 Remove the Damage of the Oil Jet Assembly

    1. Refer to Figure.

      2. Scallop, make smooth and/or hand polish to remove the burrs.

      1. Use light pressure to prevent any risk of over heating material.

      3. Surface finish of the repaired area must be the same as the adjacent surface.

      4. Refer to the SPM TASK 70-35-03-300-501.

    2. SUBTASK 72-32-17-220-074 Examine the Oil Jet Assembly

      1. Visually examine the repaired area.

      1. Visually examine the repaired area for burrs.

      2. Refer to TASK 72-32-17-200-004 (INSPECTION-004, CONFIG-001).

    3. SUBTASK 72-32-17-230-053 Examine the Oil Jet Assembly

      1. Fluorescent penetrant examine the repaired area.

      1. Make sure there are no cracks in the repaired area.

      2. Refer to TASK 72-32-17-200-004 (INSPECTION-004, CONFIG-001).

      3. Refer to the SPM TASK 70-23-05-230-501.
