Refer to TASK 72-32-35-100-000 (CLEANING-000).
Remove the dry film lubricant from the air seal assembly.
SUBTASK 72-32-35-100-051 Remove the Dry Film Lubricant
Refer to Figure.
Use CoMat 02-099 LINT-FREE CLOTH which is moistened with CoMat 01-124 ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL degreasing fluid and make clean the coating area.
Remove the grease.
Use CoMat 02-019 TAPE, ADHESIVE PAPER HEAT RESISTING MASKING or CoMat 02-002 ADHESIVE TAPE GENERALPURPOSE PAPER.
Be careful not to damage the brush seal bristles with adhesive material of the masking tape.

ALWAYS MAKE SURE THAT THERE IS SUFFICIENT VENTILATION IN THE WORK AREA.

PROTECTIVE CLOTHING, FACE MASKS AND EYE PROTECTION MUST ALWAYS BE USED.

DO NOT LET THE SOLVENT CLEANER OR ITS VAPOR TOUCH THE EYES OR SKIN.
WARNING
ALWAYS KEEP OPEN FLAMES AWAY FROM THE WORK AREA.

Stove the FBC rear air seal.
Refer to the SPM TASK 70-38-03-380-501, for inspection standard.
Examine the layer of Dry Film Lubricant.
