Procedure

    1. SUBTASK 72-32-36-350-055 Remove the Damage of the Oil Distributor

    1. Refer to Figure.

      2. Scallop, make smooth and/or hand polish to remove the nicks, scratches and/or edge burrs.

      2. Surface finish of the repair must be the same as the adjacent area. Refer to SPM TASK 70-35-03-300-501.

    2. SUBTASK 72-32-36-220-108 Examine the Oil Distributor

      1. Visually examine the repaired area.

      1. Visually examine the repaired area for nicks, galls, scores and/or pick-up using 10X magnifying glass.

      2. Refer to TASK 72-32-36-200-400 (INSPECTION-000).

    3. SUBTASK 72-32-36-230-075 Examine the Oil Distributor

      1. Fluorescent penetrant examine the repaired area.

      1. Make sure there are no cracks in the repaired area.

      2. Refer to TASK 72-32-36-200-400 (INSPECTION-000).

      3. Refer to SPM TASK 70-23-05-230-501.
