Use light pressure to prevent any risk of over heating material.
Use abrasive stone or CoMat 05-019 WATERPROOF SILICON CARBIDE, CoMat 05-020 WATERPROOF SILICON CARBIDE and CoMat 05-021 WATERPROOF SILICON CARBIDE, and/or fine file.
Surface finish of the repair must be the same as the adjacent area. Refer to Figure.
Refer to SPM TASK 70-35-03-300-501.
Scallop, make smooth and/or hand polish to remove the nicks, scratches and/or burrs.
SUBTASK 72-32-36-350-059 Remove the Damage of the Oil Restrictor
Visually examine the repaired area for nicks, galls, scores and/or pick-up using 10X magnifying glass.
Refer to Inspection-000 TASK 72-32-36-200-400.
Visually examine the repaired area.

Make sure there are no cracks in the repaired area.
