Procedure

    1. SUBTASK 72-32-36-350-064 Remove the Damage of the Oil Distributor

    1. Refer to Figure.

      2. Scallop, make smooth and/or hand polish to remove the nicks, scratches and/or edge burrs.

      2. The surface finish of the repair must be the same as the adjacent area.

      3. Refer to SPM TASK 70-35-03-300-501.

    2. SUBTASK 72-32-36-220-128 Examine the Oil Distributor

      1. Visually examine the repaired area.

      1. Visually examine the repaired area for nicks, scratches and edge burrs.

      2. Use 10X magnifying glass.

      3. Refer to Inspection-000 TASK 72-32-36-200-400.

    3. SUBTASK 72-32-36-230-082 Examine the Oil Distributor

      1. Fluorescent penetrant examine the repaired area.

      1. Make sure that there are no cracks in the repaired area.

      2. Refer to Inspection-000.TASK 72-32-36-200-400.

      3. Refer to SPM TASK 70-23-05-230-501.
