Dress until all the damage is removed.

CAUTION
SILICON CARBIDE TYPE WHEELS, STONES AND ABRASIVE PAPERS ARE TO BE USED FOR THIS REPAIR.ALUMINUM OXIDE TYPES MUST NOT BE USED.THE MATERIAL WILL OXIDIZE AND CRACK IF MECHANICAL CUTTERS ARE USED HEAVILY. THIS HAS OCCURRED IF THE COMPONENT SHOWS DARK STRAW TO BLUE DISCOLORATION. IF AT ANY TIME THIS COLORATION OCCURS THE COMPONENT MUST BE REJECTED.Dress to remove the damage in the disk surface and the spigot diameter except knife edge seals, dovetail slots, oil drain holes and bolt holes.
Refer to the SPM TASK 70-35-03-300-501.
Maximum blend limit is 0.004 in. (0.10 mm) in depth.
Blend dressed area and polish out scores.

Make sure there are no cracks in repaired area.
Refer to the SPM TASK 70-23-04-230-501.
Penetrant crack test for dressed area.

Vibro-engrave VRS1363 on the top surface of the dovetail adjacent to the dovetail where manufacturing number and serial number are marked.
