NONEProcedure
Attach IAE 2J12606 Fixture to the tube.
Connect a dry compressed air supply to the fixture on the tube.
Put the tube in to a tank of water and pressurize to 14.5 psi (100 kPa).
Hold the pressure for a minimum of one minute while you examine the tube for signs of leakage, specially at swaged, brazed, welded, or repaired areas.
Isolate the air supply, release the pressure and remove the tube from the tank.
Remove the fixture and dry the tube with dry warm air if the hydraulic pressure test is not to be done immediately.
Put applicable covers on all openings of the tube and keep it in a clean container to prevent contamination.
SUBTASK 72-32-96-790-052 Do the Leak Test on the No.1, 2 and 3 Bearing Scavenge Tube Assembly

WARNING
MAKE SURE THAT APPROVED SAFETY GUARDS ARE IN POSITION AROUND THE TUBE WHEN YOU APPLY HYDRAULIC PRESSURE.NOTE
The leak test given in Step, must be completed before you do the hydraulic pressure test.Do the hydraulic pressure test with CoMat 10-039 ENGINE OIL engine oil or equivalents.Attach IAE 2J12606 Fixture to the tube.
Connect hydraulic pressure test rig to the fixture on the tube.
Open the bleed valve and apply the minimum hydraulic pressure necessary to bleed air from the tube. Close the bleed valve when you see a fluid flow which has no air.
Slowly and continuously apply the specified pressure given in Step.
Hold the pressure for a minimum of two minutes while you examine the tube for signs of leakage, specially at swaged, brazed, welded or repaired areas.
Isolate the hydraulic supply, release the pressure and remove the test equipment from the tube.
SUBTASK 72-32-96-780-053 Do the Hydraulic Pressure Test on the No.1, 2 and 3 Bearing Scavenge Tube Assembly
Clean the tube after the pressure test. Refer to the Cleaning-000 TASK 72-32-96-100-100.
SUBTASK 72-32-96-110-055 Clean the Tube
Put applicable caps on all openings of the tube and keep it in a clean container to prevent contamination.
