This Repair must only be done when the instruction to do so is given in 72-41-21 Inspection/Check.

Refer to the SPM TASK 70-35-03-300-501.
The diameter of the repaired area must be 50 x D, where D is the maximum depth of material removed and must not be more than 0.005 in. (0.13 mm).
Remove the area(s) of damage.
Refer to the SPM TASK 70-35-03-300-501.
Remove sharp corners.
Make sure damage marks are fully removed.
Make smooth.
Polish.
