Procedure

    1. SUBTASK 72-42-31-350-054 Blend the No. 4 Bearing Support Assembly

    2. Refer to: Figure

      1. Blend damage at location 1, 4 and 5.

      2. Blend local surface damage that is 0.030in. (0.762 mm) wide provided the areas with damage are a minimum of 1.000in. (25.4 mm) apart and the depth is not more than 15 percent of the material thickness. Refer to SPM TASK 70-35-21-350-501.

      1. Blend damage at location 2.

      2. Blend raised material and burrs. Fifteen percent of threads can be blended. Refer to SPM TASK 70-35-21-350-501.

      1. Blend damage at locations 3 and 6.

      2. Blend surface damage to a maximum of 15 percent of material thickness. Refer to SPM TASK 70-35-21-350-501.
