Procedure

    1. SUBTASK 72-45-21-350-051 Blend the Damaged Surface of the Turbine Case Assembly and Bolt Holes (01-010)

    1. Refer to Figure.

      2. Blend the damaged surface and bolt holes.

      1. Refer to the SPM TASK 70-35-03-300-501.

        If the damage cannot be removed in accordance with blend limit, Figure, reject the turbine case assembly.

    2. SUBTASK 72-45-21-350-052 Examine the Turbine Case Assembly (01-010)

      1. Visually examine the repaired turbine case assembly.

      2. Fluorescent penetrant inspect the repaired area.

      1. Refer to the SPM TASK 70-23-08-230-501.

        No cracks are permitted.
