Procedure

    1. SUBTASK 72-50-24-320-059 Remove the Sheetmetal Fin from the Inner Duct Segment

      1. Machine off the metal rim seal.

      1. Use pneumatic hand held grinder and rotary file or equivalent.

        Refer to Figure.

    2. Break sharp edges.

    2. SUBTASK 72-50-24-850-051 Reidentify the Inner Duct Segment with the New Part Number

      1. Reidentify with new part number.

      1. PART NUMBER BEFORE - 3A0771.

        NEW PART NUMBER - 3A2493.

        Depending on the level of disassembly (module level or piece part) reidentify each reworked part at one of the marking positions.

        Refer to Figure.
