MAKE SURE THE SAFETY GUARDS ARE IN POSITION AROUND THE TUBE WHEN YOU APPLY THE HYDRAULIC PRESSURE.
    2. Fit a suitable cover to the tube to be tested.

    3. Connect the hydraulic pressure test rig to the tube adapter.

    4. Open the bleed valve and apply a minimal hydraulic pressure to bleed the air from the tube. Close the bleed valve when you see a fluid flow free of air.

    5. Gradually apply a hydraulic pressure as specified in Step

    6. Maintain the pressure for a minimum of two minutes and examine the tube for signs of leakage, particularly at any swaged, brazed, welded or repaired areas.
