The maximum blend depth is 0.020 in. (0.508 mm).
Surface finish of the repaired area must be the same as the adjacent area.
Refer to SPM TASK 70-35-03-300-501.
Remove the nicks, scores, galls, chafing.
SUBTASK 73-22-51-350-051 Remove the Nicks, Scores, Galls, Chafing from the RH and LH Pressure Control Manifold Surface at Location 1
Refer to Figure.
Remove any burrs.
Bolt holes at location 2.
The maximum blend depth is 0.010 in. (0.25 mm).
Refer to SPM TASK 70-35-03-300-501.
Hand polish and blend.
Flange surface at location 3.
Remove high metal only.
Do not blend on groove.
Refer to SPM TASK 70-35-03-300-501.
Hand polish high metal.
Seal surfaces at location 4.
SUBTASK 73-22-51-350-052 Remove the Nicks, Scores, Dents from the RH and LH Pressure Control Manifold End Fitting

Remove the burrs and pick-up on the threads.
