Special torque data and assembly tolerances are included in this procedure.

Procedure

    1. SUBTASK 75-24-48-470-051-A00 Install the Clips (Pre SBE 75-0013)

    1. Refer to Figure.

    2. Install the 24 clips to the eight TCC tube assemblies.

    3. Install the two clips to the turbine CLG manifold assembly.

    4. Make sure the clips are correctly installed.

       SB 75-0013: Improvement of Locating of HP ACC Tubes

    1. Refer to Figure.

    2. Install the 16 clips to the eight TCC tube assemblies.

    3. Install the two clips to the turbine CLG manifold assembly.

    4. Make sure the clips are correctly installed.

    3. SUBTASK 75-24-48-460-051-A00 Install the TCC Tube Assemblies (Pre SBE 75-0013)

    1. Refer to Figure.

    2. Carefully put the TCC tube assemblies in to the turbine CLG manifold assembly and install the eight TCC tube assemblies.

    3. Make sure that each TCC tube is in the correct position.

       SB 75-0013: Improvement of Locating of HP ACC Tubes

    1. Refer to Figure.

    2. Carefully put the TCC tube assemblies in to the turbine CLG manifold assembly and install the eight TCC tube assemblies.

    3. Make sure that each TCC tube is in the correct position.

    4. Install the eight bolts from the turbine CLG manifold assembly.

    5. Torque the eight bolts to between 36 and 40 lbf in (4.00 and 4.52 Nm).

    5. SUBTASK 75-24-48-460-052-A00 Install the Brackets (Pre SBE 75-0013)

    1. Refer to Figure.

    2. Attach the six brackets to the eight TCC tube assemblies with the clips.

    3. Install the 24 bolts and the 24 nuts that attach the eight TCC tube assemblies on the six brackets.

    1. Refer to Figure.

    2. Attach the four brackets to the eight TCC tube assemblies with the clips.

    3. Install the 16 bolts and the 16 nuts that attach the eight TCC tube assemblies on the four brackets.

    4. Torque the 16 nuts to between 36 and 40 lbf in (4.00 and 4.52 Nm).
