Use portable grinding equipment.
Dress until all damage is removed.
Dress to remove damage.
Refer to SPM TASK 70-35-03-300-501.
Use the CoMat 05-020 WATERPROOF SILICON CARBIDE abrasive paper and CoMat 05-021 WATERPROOF SILICON CARBIDE.
Blend dressed area.
SUBTASK 75-24-52-350-051 Blend the Damaged Surface of the Actuator Front Bracket (01-170)
If the blended area is more than the blend limit given in Figure, reject the actuator front bracket.
Examine the repaired area of actuator front bracket.
Refer to Inspection-000 TASK 75-24-52-200-400.
Use 8X magnifying glass.
Visually examine the actuator front bracket.
