Install (79-11-41,01-058) packing 1 off to the tank mating flange.
Install a suitable blanking cover on the tank mating flange.
Install a suitable blanking cover on the scavenge oil flange.
Install a suitable blanking cover on the oil tank valve boss.
Install a suitable blanking cover on the spill adapter.
Blank all the ports as follows:
Connect the Dry compressed air supply tube to the blanking cover fixture on the tank mating flange.
Put the oil tank in to a tank of water and pressurized the tank to 17 psi (0.117 Mpa).
Hold the pressure for a minimum of one minute.
Make sure that the oil tank has no leaks. If the oil tank has leaks, reject.
Decrease the pressure in the oil tank to zero, and remove the air supply tube.
Dry the oil tank with dry air and remove the blanks cover and the packing.
