    1. SUBTASK 79-21-41-350-051 Repair the Oil Filter Cover (01-340) Rough Surfaces at Location 1

    1. Refer to Figure.

      2. Hand polish and blend. The maximum depth of the blending is 0.037 in. (0.94 mm).

      1. Refer to SPM TASK 70-35-03-300-501.

      3. Repair the surface protection.

      1. Repair, VRS5302 (Repair-002) TASK 79-21-41-300-002.

    2. SUBTASK 79-21-41-350-052 Repair the Oil Filter Cover (01-340) Machined Surfaces

    1. Refer to Figure.

      2. Not seal surfaces at location 2.

        1. Hand polish and blend. The maximum depth of the blending is 0.01 in. (0.25 mm).

        1. Refer to SPM TASK 70-35-03-300-501.

      3. Seal surfaces at location 3.

        1. Hand polish and blend. The maximum depth of the blending is 0.005 in. (0.13 mm).

        1. Refer to SPM TASK 70-35-03-300-501.

        2. Repair the surface protection on the blend repaired area.
