Use abrasive stone or CoMat 05-020 WATERPROOF SILICON CARBIDE abrasive paper and CoMat 05-021 WATERPROOF SILICON CARBIDE and/or fine file.
Surface finish of the repaired area must be the same as the adjacent area.
Make smooth and/or hand polish to remove the nicks, galls, scores and/or pick-up.
SUBTASK 79-21-49-350-051 Remove the Nicks, Galls, Scores and/or Pick-up from the Oil Tube Assembly
Refer to TASK 79-21-49-200-101 (INSPECTION-001).
Visually examine the repaired area for nicks, galls, scores and/or pick-up using 10X magnifying glass.
Visually examine the repaired area.

Make sure there are no cracks in the repaired area.
