Dress until all damage is removed.

WARNING
TITANIUM COMPONENTSSILICON CARBIDE TYPE WHEELS, STONES AND ABRASIVE PAPERS ARE TO BE USED FOR THIS REPAIR.ALUMINUM OXIDE TYPES MUST NOT BE USED.THE MATERIAL WILL OXIDIZE AND CRACK IF MECHANICAL CUTTERS ARE USED HEAVILY. THIS HAS OCCURRED IF THE COMPONENT SHOWS DARK STRAW TO BLUE DISCOLORATION. IF AT ANY TIME THIS COLORATION OCCURS THE COMPONENT MUST BE REJECTED.Dress to remove damage.
Refer to SPM TASK 70-35-03-300-501.
Maximum blend limit is 0.004 in. (0.10 mm) in depth.
Use CoMat 05-020 WATERPROOF SILICON CARBIDE abrasive paper or CoMat 05-021 WATERPROOF SILICON CARBIDE.
Blend dressed area and polish out scores. Refer to SPM TASK 70-35-03-300-501.
SUBTASK 79-21-49-350-052 Dress to Remove Damage
Flatten with hand tools.
Repair the distortions.
SUBTASK 71-21-49-350-053 Repair of the Distortion
Refer to Inspection-000 TASK 79-21-49-200-101.
Do a visual inspection.
SUBTASK 71-21-49-220-091 Examine the Tubes
Refer to SPM TASK 70-23-01-230-501.
Make sure there is no cracks in repaired area.
Do a penetrant crack test for the dressed area..

Do a pressure test on the parts.
