This TASK gives the procedure to clean the oil tube assembly. For the other pressure oil tubes-engine parts, refer to Cleaning-000 TASK 79-21-49-100-100.

The practices and processes referred to in the procedure by the TASK/SUBTASK number are in the SPM.

Fig/item numbers in parentheses in the procedure agree with those used in the IPC. Only the primary Fig/item numbers are used. For the service bulletin alpha variants refer to the IPC.

Procedure

    1. SUBTASK 79-21-49-110-053 Clean the Oil Tube Assembly to Remove the Soft Dirt and Dust

      1. Remove the soft dirt and dust. Refer to SPM TASK 70-11-14-300-503.

      2. Use a soft bristle brush or swab.

      2. Dry

      1. Use clean dry air blast or CoMat 02-099 LINT-FREE CLOTH.
