Safety Requirements

Use IAE 3J13172 Pusher, hand 1 off.
Do not damage the flange of the disk.
Remove the bush.
SUBTASK 72-32-81-350-063 Remove the Worn Jacking Pad Bush (01-204)
Refer to the SPM TASK 70-23-04-230-501.
No cracks are permitted.
Do the test for cracks.
SUBTASK 72-32-81-230-062 Examine the Flange of the Disk (01-200) for Cracks
Use needle files and stones to remove raised material.
Use bore gage.
Refer to Figure.
Examine the inner diameter of the hole for damage.
SUBTASK 72-32-81-220-079 Examine the Flange of the Disk for Damage
Use CoMat 02-099 LINT-FREE CLOTH made moist with CoMat 01-076 METHYL ETHYL KETONE.
Rub the surface dry before the cleaning fluid evaporates.

Refer to Figure.
Install the new jacking pad bush in to the hole of the disk.
SUBTASK 72-32-81-450-051 Install the New Jacking Pad Bush (01-204)
If necessary, do this TASK again.
Refer to Figure.
Examine the installed jacking pad bush for correct installation.
