THE SERVICE BULLETIN, REPAIR SCHEME AND/OR ENGINE MANUAL ARE THE AUTHORITATIVE DOCUMENTS ON OVERHAUL AND REPAIR PROCEDURES. SERVICE BULLETINS AND REPAIR SCHEMES ARE THE ONLY DOCUMENTS USED TO NOTIFY THE OPERATORS OF CHANGES TO THE EFFECTIVITY OF PARTS.
