TASK 24-21-43-500-301 IDG Power Cables - Put The Cables Into A Preservation Container, Storage-001
General
These cables can be stored for long periods of time if the temperature and the humidity are controlled. Do not let the cables be open to very high or low temperatures and humidity conditions. Store the cables between 40 and 100 deg F (4.5 and 37.5 deg C). At regular times do a test on the cable insulation, refer to Testing-001 TASK 24-21-43-700-001.

Make sure that blanking caps are installed to the electrical connectors.
Wind the harness into coils to make it smaller, hold the coils together with a tie.
Put the harness and the CoMat 12-022 DESICCANT SELF INDICATING in to a container made of CoMat 12-004 P.V.C. SHEET.
Seal the container with the CoMat 02-005 ADHESIVE TAPE (MASKING).
The part No.
The storage date.
Attach a label to the container which has the data that follows:
