Refer to TASK 72-32-00-100-000 (CLEANING-000).
Remove the dry film lubricant, if necessary.
SUBTASK 72-32-00-110-064 Remove the Dry Film Lubricant

Refer to the SPM TASK 70-38-03-380-501.
Use abrasive blast equipment.
Abrasive blast the surfaces which are to be given a layer of dry film lubricant.

Remove the abrasive grit.
Refer to the SPM TASK 70-11-26-300-503.
Remove the grease from the repaired area.

The thickness of the dry film lubricant is to be 0.00031 to 0.0012 in. (0.008 to 0.030 mm).

Apply the dry film lubricant.
