Refer to Figure.
Use grinding machine.
Use abrasive stone or CoMat 05-019 WATERPROOF SILICON CARBIDE, CoMat 05-020 WATERPROOF SILICON CARBIDE and CoMat 05-021 WATERPROOF SILICON CARBIDE, and/or fine file.
Surface finish of the repaired area must be the same as the adjacent surface.
Refer to the SPM TASK 70-35-03-300-501.
Make smooth and/or hand polish to remove the burrs, nicks and/or scores.
SUBTASK 72-32-26-350-051 Remove the Damage from the No. 3 Bearing Nut
Visually examine the repaired area for burrs.
Refer to TASK 72-32-26-200-000 (INSPECTION/CHECK-000) for the applicable Inspection/Check TASK.
Visually examine the repaired area.
SUBTASK 72-32-26-220-109 Examine the No. 3 Bearing Nut
Make sure there are no cracks in the repaired area.

Magnetic particle examine the repaired area.
