Use portable grinding equipment, abrasive stone or CoMat 05-019 WATERPROOF SILICON CARBIDE, CoMat 05-020 WATERPROOF SILICON CARBIDE and CoMat 05-021 WATERPROOF SILICON CARBIDE and/or fine file.
Surface finish of the repaired area must be the same as the adjacent surface.
Refer to Figure.
Refer to the SPM TASK 70-35-03-300-501.
Scallop, make smooth and/or hand polish to remove the nicks, scratches and/or burrs.
SUBTASK 72-32-26-350-053 Remove the Damage of the 83T Wheel Bevel Gearshaft
Make sure there are no cracks in the repaired area.
Refer to TASK 72-32-26-200-003 (INSPECTION/CHECK-003, CONFIG-001).
Refer to the SPM TASK 70-24-01-240-501.
Magnetic particle examine the repaired area.
