Procedure

    1. Prerequisites

      1. Remove the fuel nozzle guides on the Outer Combustor Chamber Liner. Refer to Repair, VRS3095 TASK 72-42-61-300-007 (REPAIR-007).

        NOTE

        Deleted.

      1. Do not impact or damage the cooling holes during grinding of the tack welds to remove the fuel nozzle guides.

    2. Deleted.

    1. The Source Demonstration requirements of this repair mean that any facility not authorized to accomplish this repair either utilize the Authorized Repair Vendors listed below or contact the IAE Repair Development Group to determine if a qualification program can be initiated at their facility.
