Basic and class dimensions for PN 2A0981 and 2A1268 shoulder pins are as follows:
Basic - 0.1088 in. (2.764 mm)
CL1 - 0.1085 to 1090 in. (2.756 to 2.769 mm)
CL2 - 0.1090 to 1095 in. (2.769 to 2.781 mm)
CL3 - 0.1095 to 1100 in. (2.781 to 2.794 mm)
CL4 - 0.1100 to 1105 in. (2.794 to 2.807 mm)
P3 - 0.1115 to 1120 in. (2.832 to 2.845 mm)
P5 - 0.1135 to 1140 in. (2.883 to 2.896 mm)
Use IAE IAE 3P16274 Pin driver 1 off and IAE IAE 3P16275 Support block 1 off.
Install the replacement pin(s).
SUBTASK 72-45-26-350-054 Install New Shoulder Pin(s)
Make a permanent mark by the procedure given in the SPM TASK 70-09-00-400-501.
Use the vibration peen method.
Make a mark VRS3252 adjacent to the part number.
