Do not remove parent material.
To get the hole dimensions traces of braze may stay.
Machine off the worn 3A0092 .

Aqueous cleaning
SUBTASK 72-50-25-110-080 Clean the Outer Diffuser Segment Assembly

Coating thickness to be between 0.0001 to 0.0003 in. (0.003 to 0.008 mm).
Nickel plate surfaces if necessary.

Use CoMat 03-162 HIGH TEMP. BRAZING FILLERPOWDER or CoMat 03-163 HIGH TEMP. BRAZING FILLERPOWDER or CoMat 03-164 HIGH TEMP. BRAZING FILLERPOWDER or CoMat 03-165 BRAZING FILLER POWDER and CoMat 03-227 WHITE STOP OFF.

Increase temperature of 2095 to 2145 deg F (1146 to 1174 deg C) and hold for 9 to 11 minutes.
Cool at a minimum rate of 36 deg F (20 deg C) per minute to below 1112 deg F (600 deg C).
Further cooling rate is optional.
Braze the 3A0092 in position.
SUBTASK 72-50-25-310-059 Braze in the New Pin
Heat treat in vacuum or protective atmosphere at 1807 to 1857 deg F (986 to 1014 deg C) for six hours.
Cool at a minimum rate of 36 deg F (20 deg C) per minute to below 1112 deg F (600 deg C).
Reheat to 1447 to 1497 deg F (786 to 814 deg C) for four hours.
Cool at a minimum rate of 36 deg F (20 deg C) per minute to below 1112 deg F (600 deg C).
Further cooling rate is optional.
Precipitation heat treat the outer diffuser segment
