Procedure

    1. SUBTASK 73-11-49-110-056 Clean the Fuel Tubes (02-100, 03-100, 03-500, 05-100, 07-100 and 07-500)

      1. Clean the fuel tubes.

      1. Refer to the Cleaning-000 TASK 73-11-49-100-100.

    2. SUBTASK 73-11-49-350-051 Blend the Damaged Surface of the Fuel Tubes (02-100, 03-100, 03-500, 05- 100, 07-100 and 07-500)

      1. Blend the damaged surface.

      1. Refer to the SPM TASK 70-35-03-300-501.

      2. If the damage can not be removed in accordance with blend limit, Refer to Figure and Figure, reject the fuel tube.

      2. Visually examine the repaired fuel tubes.

      1. Use 8X magnifying glass.

    3. SUBTASK 73-11-49-790-053 Do a Leak Test on the Fuel Tube Assembly

      1. Do a leak test on the tube.

      1. Refer to Testing-000 TASK 73-11-49-700-100.
