This TASK gives the procedure to clean the data entry plug assembly.
The practices and processes referred to in the procedure by the TASK numbers are in the SPM.
Fig/item numbers in parentheses in the procedure agree with those used in the IPC.

Clean the pins, jumpers and rubber insert of the connector assembly with CoMat 02-174 COTTON SWABS and CoMat 01-124 ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL.
Dry immediately with clean dry air at a maximum pressure of 30 psig (206.8 kPa).
Clean the external surface of the connector and the external and the internal surfaces of the backshell with CoMat 01-001 SOLVENT, DELETED and CoMat 02-175 BRUSH or clean by the procedure given in SPM TASK 70-11-26-300-503.
Dry with clean, dry air at a maximum pressure of 30 psig (206.8 kPa).
Clean the chain of the backshell with CoMat 01-005 SOLVENT CLEANER and a clean cloth.
Dry with clean, dry air at a maximum pressure of 30 psig (206.8 kPa).
