Procedure

    1. SUBTASK 73-22-35-350-055 Replace the Data Entry Plug Backshell Assembly

    1. Replace the data entry plug backshell assembly with a new backshell assembly.

    2. Refer to Figure and Figure.

    2. SUBTASK 73-22-35-350-056-A00 V2500-A1: Identify the New Data Entry Plug Backshell

    1. Mark the PART No., CLASS No.01 or 02, RATING No., BUMP No., EPR MOD No. and ENG. S/N on the new backshell assembly with the same data as applicable from the removed backshell assembly. Use the vibration peen method.

      2. Refer to Figure.

      1. Use the procedure given in TASK 70-09-00-400-501.

    3. SUBTASK 72-22-35-350-056-B00 V2500-A5: Identify the New Data Entry Plug Backshell

      1. Mark the PART No., CLASS 01, RATING No., BUMP No., EPR MOD No., VARIENT No. and ENG. S/N on the new backshell assembly with the same data as applicable from the removed backshell assembly. Use the vibration peen method.

      1. Refer to Figure.

      2. Use the procedure given in TASK 70-09-00-400-501.

    4. SUBTASK 73-22-35-220-066 Examine the Repair

      1. Examine the backshell assembly for damage. Make sure the data on the new backshell assembly is the same as the data on the removed backshell assembly.
