The practices and processes referred to in the procedure by the TASK number are in the SPM.
You can repair the pressure control tubes by one or both of the methods that follow depending on the damaged surface. If the damage is on a curved area, use the lockwire to repair the part. If the damage is on a straight area, use the sleeve to repair the part.

Polish the surfaces to be brazed to give a good finish.
Refer to SPM TASK 70-11-26-300-503 or use a CoMat 02-099 LINT-FREE CLOTH made moist with CoMat 01-001 SOLVENT, DELETED.
Remove the grease from the tubes to be brazed.
Use a lint-free cloth made moist with CoMat 01-007 ETHYL ALCOHOL C2H5OH (DENATURED) Teflon tape.
Clean the tubes to be brazed.
SUBTASK 73-22-51-110-054 Clean the Left and Right Pressure Control Tubes Before Braze
Refer to Figure.
Use a sleeve to repair the tube.
Refer to SPM TASK 70-31-01-310-501.
Torch braze the tubes on a straight area.
Refer to Figure and SPM TASK 70-31-01-310-501.
Torch braze the tubes on a curved area.
SUBTASK 73-22-51-310-051 Torch Braze the Left and Right Pressure Control Tubes
Examine the braze for good continuity.
Braze the tubes again if the braze is not satisfactory.
Examine the tubes after braze.
SUBTASK 73-22-51-220-075 Examine the Repair
Refer to SPM TASK 70-23-05-230-501.
No cracks are permitted.
Do a fluorescent penetrant inspection for cracks.
SUBTASK 73-22-51-230-059 Examine the Left and Right Pressure Control Tubes for Cracks
Use a hydraulic test pump.
Apply an oil pressure of 370 psig (2551 kPa).
Hold the test pressure for a minimum of one minute.
No leaks are permitted.
Do a pressure test on the tubes after repair.
