General

This TASK gives the procedure for the cleaning of the TCC tube assemblies. For the other HP ACC manifold parts, refer to Cleaning-000 TASK 75-24-48-100-100.

The practices and processes referred to in the procedure by the TASK numbers are in the SPM.

Fig/item numbers in parentheses in the procedure agree with those used in the IPC. Only the primary Fig/item numbers are used. For the service bulletin alpha variants refer to the IPC.

NOTE

The consumable materials are given in the related SPM TASK.

Procedure

    1. SUBTASK 75-24-48-110-054 Remove the Grease and Oil from the TCC Tube Assemblies

      1. NOTE

        Make sure that the air holes of the TCC tube are cleaned.

        Remove the grease and oil from the TCC tube assemblies. Refer to SPM TASK 70-11-03-300-503.

      1. Degrease Parts by Aqueous Cleaning.

    2. SUBTASK 75-24-48-110-075 Remove the Rust and Carbon from the TCC Tube Assemblies

      1. Remove the rust and carbon from the TCC tube assemblies. Refer to SPM TASK 70-11-13-300-503.
