Procedure

    1. SUBTASK 75-24-48-350-077 Remove Damaged Plate Nut

    1. Refer to Figure.

    2. Remove the two rivets that attach the plate nut to the TCC tube assembly.

    3. CAUTION

      DO NOT REMOVE PARENT MATERIAL FROM THE TCC TUBE ASSEMBLY.

      Remove the plate nut from the TCC tube assembly.

    2. SUBTASK 75-24-48-350-078 Install New Plate Nut

    1. Refer to Figure.

    2. Place new plate nut in position.

      3. Insert rivets through plate nut and cold upset rivets.

      2. Refer to SPM TASK 70-39-03-390-501.

    3. SUBTASK 75-24-48-220-067 Examine the Rivets and Plate Nut

    1. Refer to Figure.

      2. Examine rivets.

      1. Refer to SPM TASK 70-39-03-390-501.

      3. Dimensionally check the repaired area.
