This TASK gives the procedure to clean the clamps of the ACC.

The practices and processes referred to in the procedure by the TASK number are in the SPM.

Fig/item numbers in parentheses in the procedure agree with those used in the IPC. Only the primary Fig/item numbers are used.

Consumable materials are given in the SPM TASK 70-11-01-300-503 and SPM TASK 70-11-13-300-503.

Procedure

    1. SUBTASK 75-24-49-110-052-001 Clean the Retaining Clamp and the Half Loop Clamp of the ACC

      1. Clean the retaining clamp and the half loop clamp. Refer to SPM TASK 70-11-01-300-503.

      1. Vapor degrease.

    2. SUBTASK 75-24-49-110-052-002 Clean the Retaining Clamp and the Half Loop Clamp of the ACC

      1. Clean the retaining clamp and the half loop clamp. Refer to SPM TASK 70-11-13-300-503.

      1. Cleaning of components (Long soak, for Cobalt and Nickel base alloys and heat and corrosion resistant steels).
