This TASK gives the procedure to clean the HPC bleed air tubes. For the other HPC bleed air tubes and parts, refer to Cleaning-000 TASK 75-32-49-100-100 and the Component Maintenance Manual - Miscellaneous Mechanical (CMM-MECH-V2500-1IA) Cleaning-000 TASK 75-32-49-100-400.

Fig./item numbers in parentheses in the procedure agree with those used in the IPC. Only the primary Fig./item numbers are used. For the Service Bulletin alpha variants refer to the IPC.

Procedure

    1. SUBTASK 75-32-49-110-051-001 Clean the HPC Bleed Air Tubes

      1. WARNING

        DO NOT GET CLEANING AGENT ON YOUR SKIN OR IN YOUR EYES. PUT ON PROTECTIVE CLOTHING, GOGGLES AND A FACE MASK. USE THE FLUID IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA. DO NOT BREATHE THE VAPOR. IF YOU GET THE CLEANING FLUID ON YOUR SKIN OR IN YOUR EYES, FLUSH IT AWAY WITH WATER. GET MEDICAL HELP IF YOUR SKIN OR EYES BECOME IRRITATED.

        Clean the tubes. Refer to SPM TASK 70-11-03-200-502.

      2. Aqueous Clean.
