This TASK gives the procedure to clean the EGT Thermocouple.

The practices and processes referred to in the procedure by the TASK/SUBTASK number are in SPM.

Fig/Item numbers in parentheses in the procedure agree with those used in the IPC.

    1. SUBTASK 77-21-15-110-051 Remove Unwanted Particles

      1. Remove unwanted particles. Refer to SPM TASK 70-11-26-300-503.

      2. The procedure to locally swab or wipe clean with solvent.

    2. Dry.

    1. SUBTASK 77-21-15-110-052 Remove the Grease and Oil

      1. Remove the grease and oil. Refer to SPM TASK 70-11-03-300-503.

      2. Degrease parts by aqueous cleaning.
