The harness must be disassembled only as necessary to get access to the damaged cables.

Refer to repair, VRS2979 TASK 71-11-43-300-001 (REPAIR-001).
Disassemble the backclamps and the connectors to get access to the damaged cables.
Use cable of the correct type and length.
Attach the new contacts, refer to repair, VRS2986 TASK 71-11-43-300-002 (REPAIR-002).
Install the new identification sleeves in the positions noted in Step above, refer to SPM TASK 70-35-25-300-001-F01.
Replace the cables.
Refer to repair, VRS2979 TASK 71-11-43-300-001 (REPAIR-001).
Assemble the backclamps and the connectors.
Tie the cables in the positions noted in Step above, refer to repair, VRS2971 TASK 71-11-43-300-004 (REPAIR-004).
Tie the cables.
Refer to Testing TASK 71-11-43-700-301.
Do a continuity and insulation test.
SUBTASK 71-11-43-350-051 Replace the Cables
Put the repair scheme number VRS2927 on the identification sleeve of the harness, adjacent to the part number.
