Procedure

1. 1. Refer to TASK 72-31-11-100-000 (CLEANING-000).
1. Refer to Figure.
2. 1. Clean the coating area with a clean lint free cloth made moist with degreasing fluid.
  2. Refer to the SPM TASK 70-11-26-300-503.
3. 1. Apply the masking tape to the areas which are not to be given a layer of dry film lubricant.
  2. Use CoMat 02-019 TAPE, ADHESIVE PAPER HEAT RESISTING MASKING or CoMat 02-002 ADHESIVE TAPE GENERALPURPOSE PAPER.
4. 1. Refer to the SPM TASK 70-38-03-380-501.
    Use CoMat 10-004 DRY FILM LUBRICANT and CoMat 07-009 THINNER.
5. Remove the masking tape.
6. 1. Put the annulus fillers in an oven for two hours at between 365 and 383 deg F (185 and 195 deg C).
  2. Use an applicable oven.
7. 1. Refer to the SPM TASK 70-38-03-380-501.

Apply the dry film lubricant to the areas and locations of the annulus fillers
