Use abrasive stone or CoMat 05-019 WATERPROOF SILICON CARBIDE, CoMat 05-020 WATERPROOF SILICON CARBIDE and CoMat 05-021 WATERPROOF SILICON CARBIDE and/or fine file.
Surface finish of the repair must be the same as the adjacent area. Refer to SPM TASK 70-35-03-300-501.
Make smooth and/or hand polish to remove the burrs, nicks.
SUBTASK 72-32-37-350-060 Remove the Damage of the Bracket and Tube
Visually examine the repaired area for burrs using Magnifying Glass, 10x.
Refer to TASK 72-32-37-200-300 (Inspection-000).
Visually examine the repaired area.
SUBTASK 72-32-37-220-063 Examine the Bracket and Tube
Refer to Testing-001 TASK 72-32-37-700-301.
Do a test on the fan speed/trim balance probes harness.
