Remove grease from the area of damaged coating with degreasing fluid.
SUBTASK 72-32-51-110-056 Remove the Grease from the Stub Shaft Assembly
Refer to Figure.
Refer to the SPM TASK 70-38-21-380-501.
Rub down the damaged area with waterproof abrasive paper 'Up to' the time that the damaged area is removed smoothly into the adjacent area.
SUBTASK 72-32-51-350-060 Prepare the Surface Protection to the Stub Shaft Assembly
Refer to the SPM TASK 70-11-26-300-503.
Use a clean cloth which is moist with degreasing fluid and make clean the repaired area.
Remove the grease from the repaired area.
SUBTASK 72-32-51-110-057 Remove the Grease from the Stub Shaft Assembly

Apply the corrosion resistance coating to the repaired area.

Let the stub shaft assembly air dry for 30 minutes.

Examine the coated surface.
