This repair must only be done when the instruction to do so is given in TASK 72-41-33-200-006-A00 (INSPECTION/CHECK-006, CONFIG-001).
This repair allows worn/damaged counter-bores, trunnions and air-swept surface on the HP compressor stage 5 inner shroud ring assembly to be repaired by welding.
This is a source demonstration repair which can only be done by approved vendors.
