General

For the other electronic engine control parts refer to TASK 73-22-34-200-400 and Inspection-000 TASK 73-22-34-200-300 in the Component Maintenance Manual (CMMEHC- V2500-1IA).

Fig/item numbers in parentheses in the procedure agree with those given in the IPC. Only the primary Fig/item numbers are used. For the service bulletin alpha variants refer to the IPC.

All the parts must be cleaned before they are examined. Refer to the Cleaning-000 TASK 73-22-34-100-300.

All the parts must be visually examined for damage, corrosion and wear. Defects that are not identified in the procedure must be referred to IAE.

The practices and processes referred to in the procedure by the TASK/SUBTASK numbers are in the SPM.

    1. SUBTASK 73-22-34-230-053 Examine the Bracket (01-580) for Cracks

    2. Clean the parts.Refer to TASK 73-22-34-100-400.

      1. Do the crack test on the parts that are given below. Use the applicable penetrant inspection procedure.
