This TASK gives the procedure to clean the connector tube of the ACC.

The practices and processes referred to in the procedure by the TASK numbers are in the SPM.

Fig/item numbers in parentheses in the procedure agree with those used in the IPC. Only the primary Fig/item numbers are used.

DO NOT CLEAN THE PARTS IF THERE ARE SIGNS OF UNUSUAL RUNNING CONDITIONS LIKE OIL FIRE OR TITANIUM FIRE BEFORE AGREED WITH IAE TECHNICAL SERVICES. REFER TO TASK 72-00-50-220-001 (Inspection-001).

Procedure

    1. SUBTASK 75-24-49-110-001 Clean the Connector Tube of the ACC

      1. Clean the connector tube. Use immersion tank method. Refer to SPM TASK 70-11-03-300-503.

      2. Aqueous cleaning

      1. SUBTASK 75-24-49-110-002 Clean the Connector Tube of the ACC

        1. Clean the connector tube. Refer to SPM TASK 70-11-13-300-503.

        2. Cleaning of components (long soak for cobalt and nickel base alloys and heat and corrosion resistant steels)
