      CAUTION

METAL PLASMA SPRAY THE BOND COAT ON THE LAND DIAMETER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IN LESS THAN TWO HOURS AFTER THE ABRASIVE BLASTING. DO THE ABRASIVE BLASTING AGAIN IF YOU EXCEED THIS TIME LIMIT.

      CAUTION

METAL PLASMA SPRAY THE TOP COAT ON THE LAND DIAMETER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IN LESS THAN TEN MINUTES AFTER THE BOND COAT SPRAY.
    2. Refer to: Figure

      1. Mask the areas of the seal housing not to be sprayed.

      1. Preheat the surface to be sprayed.

      2. Preheat temperature: 194 to 248 deg F (90 to 120 deg C).

      1. Metal plasma spray the bond coat on the air seal land.
