The practices and processes referred to in the procedure by the TASK number are in the SPM.
If the heatshield is going to be replaced as given in Repair, VRS3022, (Repair-002) TASK 72-42-20-300-002 you can do Repair 002 at the same time as this repair. The stress-relief cycle for both repairs can be done at the same time.

Remove the minimum amount of parent material necessary to remove the damage.
Machine the damaged area to remove wear indications or areas of distress.
SUBTASK 72-42-20-320-071 Machine the Damaged Area of the Cooling Tube
Do the procedure in SPM TASK 70-11-03-300-503.
Wipe the area as given in SPM TASK 70-11-26-300-503 immediately before you weld the repair area.
NOTE
Do not immerse the part.Clean the repair area of the tube.
SUBTASK 72-42-20-110-122 Clean the Area to be Repaired
Do the procedure in SPM TASK 70-31-13-310-501.
Weld the area to be repaired by manual gas tungsten arc welding.
SUBTASK 72-42-20-310-052 Weld Repair the Worn Area of the No. 4 Bearing Cooling Tube
Do the procedure in SPM TASK 70-37-01-370-501.
Stress-relieve the tube.

Clean the tube.

Do a fluorescent penetrant inspection of the tube assembly.

CAUTION
THE TUBE ASSEMBLY HAS FIBER INSULATION INSIDE THE HEATSHIELD. DO NOT IMMERSE THE TUBE IN OR MAKE THE INSULATION DAMP WITH FPI FLUID.
