Common Information

TASK 72-00-00-300-008 N1 Speed/Trim Probe and/or NF Harness Replacement - Project Visit Maintenance - Repair-008 (VRS3829)

General

This procedure outlines the requirements to replace the N1 Speed/Trim Probes and/or the NF Harness from the No. 2 Bearing Support Assembly.

It is not intended to be utilized for normal shop visits for the purpose of scheduled engine/module overhaul or refurbishment where a full on-wing interval is expected. This procedure alone does not permit any engine to be zero-timed (time since LEVEL 3 maintenance).

All AD notes that are applicable and affected need to be accomplished, as well as any mandated inspections in the Engine Manual Airworthiness Limitations Section (ALS) and Maintenance Scheduling Section (MSS) of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), located in the Time Limits Manual (Chapter 05-10-00) of the Engine Manuals, to include required enhanced inspection of selected critical life-limited parts at each piece part exposure.

Preliminary Requirements

Pre-Conditions

Action/ConditionData Module/Technical Publication
